Hi guys! Back with another tag post but this time it's all about LIPSTICKS! Now I know there's a lipstick tag floating around the blogosphere already but this one was made by Amelia Liana and Estée from Essie Button so I decided to do it too and try something different. This post might be a little photo heavy so I hope you guys enjoy! Let's get straight into it!

Hi friends! Now, I know YSL lipsticks is definitely the talk of the town with its luxurious, gold packaging but it does stir up some controversy with it's lack of pigmentation and longevity. Well I'm here to give you guys an in-depth review of all (I say all like I have THAT many, lol!) the YSL lipsticks I own and how they work for me. I have them in four shades, one out of three are in different collections - one being from the Rouge Volupté Collection and the other three being from the Volupté Shine Collection. Both lipsticks differ from each other ever so slighty in terms of pigmentation and consistency and the benefits each collection provides.

I adore L'Óreal products to the moon and back and their lipsticks are no exception. During Priceline's 40% off cosmetics sales (read my haul here), I picked up the new Moisture Matte Lipsticks in the shades "Red Valentine" and "Spring Rosette" after getting a great recommendation from one of my girlfriends who work in Priceline. After wearing these two shades several times, I intended in picking up more during Priceline's BOGOF sale which resulted in me grabbing another 3 shades in "Glamour Fushia", "Bloody Mary" and "Cherry Crush". They don't have a large colour selection, I believe it only carries 8 shades from memory but I think there will be at least one colour that will attract to everyone.

First makeup post!
So today I will be doing a review on the new (well, new to Australia) Maybelline Colour Sensational Vivid Lipsticks. They're called "Vivids" because of their amazing colour selection, ranging from bright, barbie, pastel pinks to neon oranges to vibrant plums. I'm sure that most of you have seen these at your local Priceline, Target, Big W, etc. I recently picked mine up from Chemist Warehouse for the best bargain ever!
These "Vivid" lipsticks are originally $16.95 but I got them for $8 which is great. I picked up "Shocking Coral", "Hot Plum" and "Vivid Rose"; the first moment I swatched them, I fell in love! They are so pigmented yet moisturizing at the same time. I wouldn't say that they have a most amazing staying power ever, but for the price I got them at, it does the job.
